Introduction:
The purpose of this course is to teach trainees how to carry out an audit of ISO9000 and TS16949 quality management systems, especially for internal audits (first-party audits) of automotive-related industries, supplier or supply chain audits (second Auditors, and verification audits (third-party audits).

Understand the core tools related to the application of automotive-related industries to comply with ISO/TS 16949.
